Hello! I need help with making WORK PROCESS FLOW CHART with below scenario,

In the ICU, the physician writes a medication order in the chart. Then the ward clerk sends a copy of the order to the pharmacy and notifies the RN assigned to the patient of the new medication order. The RN looks the drug up in the PDR or formulary (if necessary), checks that the patient has no allergy to the drug, and enters the drug on the medication administration record (MAR) unless there is a known allergy or other contraindication to the drug, or if the dose or route is wrong, or there is some other concern. In that case, the nurse may consult with the pharmacy but in any case the nurse calls the physician for clarification. If the physician changes the order in response to a phone call from the nurse, the nurse takes the phone order, cancels the first order, and enters the new order in the chart and on the MAR.
