8.Think about the best leader you have ever interacted with. The leader could be a boss, teacher, coach or mentor. What strengths or characteristics made them a great leader?  Be sure to apply the concepts from the module.

9. Now, think about a poor leader that you’ve interacted with. Again, the leader could be a boss, teacher, coach or mentor. What weaknesses or characteristics made them a poor leader?  Can you empathize with their behaviour; do you understand why they behaved the way they did?

10.Describe a time when you’ve been shown empathy by a leader in a work or school situation. How did receiving that empathy make you feel?

12. After reflecting on what you’ve learned in this module, in this course and in your program, think about what type of leader you want to become. Describe the traits and characteristics you hope to demonstrate as a leader.

14. Like all things in this course, we hope that you treat this exercise as more than just an assignment.
