         AAU is a competitive and thriving basketball association that has taken over as the chief stage for star youth basketball players. The organization has had its fair share of criticism and appreciation during the last several years. The latest income statistics for team wages for AAU basketball was in 2015. Moreover, the income made was greater than 20 million dollars. AAU has various cons and pros for taking over the basketball scene. The advantages of AAU basketball comprise learning to earn tributes compared to being handed prizes and getting an education to construct team collaboration and compete in contradiction of top competition worldwide (passports, 2022). The company faces various cons. These comprise a winning only thought and no development of basic skills, play to play, and worst coaching if footballers find the correct coaches. The latter desire to take time to give training to the kids and work on the development of footballers deprived of gathering hardware. Therefore, AAU is a top chance for various youngsters to move into focus.

Goals, objectives, and strategies of the organization, including any competition or benchmark organizations

         The main goals of the AAU Organization are to deliver amateur sports schemes by a volunteer base for all persons to possess a moral, mental and physical development of incompetent athletes and to bring promotion in good citizenship and sportsmanship. The resources of a multi-million-dollar firm while sustaining regulation of events is to expand competitive and recreational opportunities for the athletes of America. AAU has fixed the standard for amateur sports in the USA with a single goal: "Sports for All, forever" (passports, 2022).

AAU serves as an administering body of various sports comprising weight lifting, wrestling, diving, swimming pool, and handball. It also administers trials for Olympic competitors and plays a crucial role in enhancing funds for Olympic athletes in the USA. Amateur Athletic Union delivers volunteers and athletes to develop top-level by a local network of sporting events. We attain our dreams as sportsmen and as essential citizens of societies. There are various strategies of the Amateur Athletic Union. The primary approach is to deliver athletes with first-class athletic chances beyond the surface of athletes and also trust in instilling a sensation of social responsibility in 7 lac members at the national level (AAU volleyball, 2022). The strategy is also to extend national championship programs into all districts, sports, and members of the Union.

The supportive method of the company accepts healthy, enthusiastic, and energetic competition, and the company also has little fun while performing this. The competition that the company has at this stage is its critics. The footballers and coaches of the NBA comprise Kobe Bryant, Charles Barkley, and Stever Kerr, who have come forward to show their aversion to how AAU basketball has been introduced. They also knock the reality that coaching is the worst and kids are not getting knowledge related to basic basketball skills that can be transcribed into the upcoming level. Therefore, AAU basketball endures to make their company perfect, and they also require to hush their critics and keep making the rivalry environment while developing upcoming talent groups.

AAU basketball association falls in the sports industry, which is expanding rapidly worldwide. The AAU organization operates in the youth sports industry and is committed to delivering effective sports schemes to guide incompetent athletes. The youth sports industry of more than 20 million participants in the United States is expanding yearly. According to the National Institute of Health, the sports industry generates millions in revenue. The sports industry is an evergreen part of a nation's revenue stream, and there is no direct influence on economic struggles.

In the sports industry, the segment of the AAU basketball association is sports promotion. The organization recommends productive solutions and tools for athletes to improve their performance and expand competitive and recreational opportunities for the athletes of America. AAU promotes sport for all forever from the industry segment from which it is operating. The organization represents the United States at world forums and training world athletes to perform in Olympics. The organization has been doing great in the industry for decades and has preserved a respectable position. Since the 20th century, numerous rivals have emerged, but the organization has retained its position in the competitive industry through focus and dedication to its cause.

In the United States alone, the sports industry is more than $160 billion, making it the 10th largest industry in the country (Chelladurai, 2004). The sports industry is identified based on the affiliation of players and fans with it. Basketball is one of the most favored games in the industry, having a huge number of followers from across the world. The sports industry faces shifting power dynamics because of emerging technologies and changing consumer tastes. According to research in 2021, sports organizations are putting customers/followers in the center (Globenews, 2019) when deciding on growth in the sports industry. This change in strategy witnessed growth in the revenue of the sports industry.

Along with the expansion in the sports industry, opportunities for organizations like the AAU basketball association would also increase. Research says that by 2026, the youth sports market will be projected to be $77.6 billion because organizations depend on advanced technology and procedures to guide athletes. Coaching methods have improved, which leads to the improvement of market dynamics. The organization's success depends on the ups and downs of the industry in which it operates.
