Group Project – people problem in organisation

This is a group project. We had to interview someone about the people problem at his organisation and write SMART goals and recommendation to solve the main issue which is “employees who feel as though their ambition is being stifled”. The underlying cause that I was assigned to is “Fixed mindset and goals can lead to frustration and prevent progressing naturally through work career (contradicts traditional expectations)”. I have attached the transcript of the interview, and please use or refer to quotes inside the transcript (the interviewee’s name is Joe).

I have attached the previous part named “smart goals first draft” written by my group member, and you can look at the 3rd smart goal – which is related to the recommendation that i have to write. I also attached “recommendation first draft”, which is another recommendation written by my group member, you can follow the style and format of his writing.

I also attached a screenshot named “underlying cause”, this gives you the outline of what I have to write and the materials and theory that you’ll need to include. Finally, go to page 6 and 7 of the team project instruction file, under “iii. Recommendations” and read the instruction of that part, it tells everything that you have to include in the recommendation.
