The study is based on the number of times adolescents utilize smart phones and computers and the influence it has on the quality of their health. There were about 650 adolescents gathered, with the help of a 36-item short-form health survey adolescents' health-related quality of life was measured. The average time used on computers was about one hour in a day and four hours in terms of smart phones.
