Topic: Business Marketing Strategy
My background is in marketing and finance, so choosing this topic for a presentation to my sales staff would be extremely beneficial to their comprehension of the types of methods required for a business, company, or organization to attain maximum success. The business strategy will be critical in demonstrating the kind of next steps a firm should take and why doing or contemplating them is important. As a team leader for our firm's sales and marketing department, it would be critical for me to provide my fellow team members, whom I am responsible for leading, with the necessary knowledge to achieve our maximum sales and financial goals by taking into account what they already know and what they don't know about their respective fields, as well as educating them on the changing nature and scope of the market world. Driving a marketing campaign for our products without this information might be difficult, therefore I need to prepare them ahead of time as technology improves and the world changes every day. As a sales and marketing team, they are responsible for spreading the word about what our firm has to offer the globe, which might include both services and products. The company's agenda and established goals may not be fulfilled without this team, because the world has to know we exist and what we have to offer. As a result, giving a presentation on the many types of business marketing tactics and how to implement them would be quite beneficial in preparing them to overcome any obstacles they encounter on their sales journey. As the driving force behind the business's services and goods, they must realize that marketing is a critical step-by-step method that must be followed in various ways depending on what is being presented to the public in order for any company, corporation, or organization to reach overall success. It is the company's face, and it demands adornment as well as the essential navigational expertise (Alexis, 2020).
They will be able to comprehend the skill of analyzing the competition of the many brands they offer and attempting to outperform them. The information they get from my presentation will provide them with critical thinking skills concerning strategy and successful planning guidelines for our firm, allowing us to meet both short- and long-term objectives on time. My sales and marketing teams will also learn how to think about the following concerns, which are extremely important in their fields:
· How to develop a solid, step-by-step strategic strategy for a new product or one that is currently on the market.
· How to examine a competitor’s plan critically and thoroughly for entering and conquering a market.
· They will be able to distinguish between the numerous types of marketing strategies that may be used.
· How to analyze their market scope and approaches to conquer it with their product critically and with a clear mind.
· What tactics they may use to get out to a large number of customers, or in plain terms, their marketing efforts (Cervi, 2013).
