Task 1 – PROJECT: IMPROVING HOSPITALITY OPERATIONS
· This project is about improving operations in the context of hospitality management.
· The project will be chosen by the student from a group of proposals presented by the lecturer
· Your project must give a short contextual description and and put forth several proposals for improvement
· The proposals will be based on the teachings of weeks 1, 2, and 3.
Formalities:
· Around 2000 Words
· Please do clearly structure your report (Cover, Intro, Findings, Proposals, etc.)
· Font: Arial 12,5 pts.
· Text alignment: Justified.
· The in-text References and the Bibliography have to be in Harvard’s citation style. Please include the bibliography and the netnography in a final page.
Submission: Week 5 – 8th May 2022
Weight: This task is a 40% of your total grade for this subject.
