Write a paper that describes an ethical dilemma
Gathering of Information
Write a paper that describes an ethical dilemma.
Describe a scenario where there is a primary ethical dilemma—a situation where there is definitely a question of ethics; the heart of the issue is ethical in nature. Include the essential facts by describing the following:
What is the situation?
Who are the parties involved?
Where does the situation take place?
(Note: You may not copy an ethical dilemma online or another source, this must be original work.)
Identify Ethical Concerns / Identify the relevant virtues and principles to the situation
Identify the primary ethical dilemma and related ethical issues by responding to the following:
Why is this an ethical issue?
Are there any related situations that deal with the same or similar ethical issues?
What areas need further research?
Why is this issue important to you?

Avoiding Plagiarism
Submit a draft version of your written work prior to the deadline in order to see a preview of the Turnitin Originality Report. The report will take several minutes to process after your submission so you may have to come back to view it later.
You can access the Originality Report by clicking on the Similarity link next to your submitted text or file in the Grading Summary below. The Similarity link will appear about 5 minutes after your submission.
After reviewing the Originality Report, revise any content in your writing that is seen as a direct copy from other sources, as shown in the Originality Report.
To reduce the chances for plagiarism, always add quotation marks around any words that you have copied from other sources and include a properly formatted reference to those sources within the text of your paper, as well as on a References page.
To completely avoid any potential for plagiarism, rewrite the content using your own words to paraphrase it rather than directly quoting it.
In either case, always cite your sources within the text and on the References page, whether you directly quote or paraphrase someone else’s writing.
Your topic is approved. I have attached a reviewed copy of your topic. Please open it for any comments I may have made in it.
Please note the following on my Professors feedback on my attached Part 1 document:
First, submitting the case study topic is an ungraded assignment, so you won’t see a grade for it.
Second, please use a specific case/situation related to your topic. The case study should not be fictitious. The case study should have actually happened, but not to you, and it does not involve you. In addition, while you may have found the case on the internet, it has not been evaluated. Please provide as much documentation as appropriate to help me follow along.
Third, be sure your case study includes an ethical dilemma, defined by Rae as “a conflict between two or more value- or virtue-driven interests” (2018, p. 111).
Fourth, please be sure to run the case study through Rae’s seven step decision making model. I should see each step addressed in your work. Since this is a case study format, please note you are making a decision on your case only, and not on the topic in general.
Lastly, you might want to review assignment requirements (found in the assignment page) along with the grading rubric in the syllabus to see how I am going to be grading your work.
If you have any questions, please let me know.
I look forward to reading your work.
