Add up your points for each part of the rubric and enter these values on the appropriate lines in the box at the top right of the first page (in other words, replace the XX with your point total for the General Education Outcomes and the XXX with your point total for the Capstone Project Assessment). Next, add up your points for both rubrics and enter the total on the appropriate line in the box at the top right of the first page. This number will be your final “score” on your self-evaluation, out of a total of 200 points possible.
