Final Reflection (Individual Assignment):
This final paper should serve as a capstone or summary of your experience in Leadership & Problem-Solving (451) and your leadership learning journey. In this paper, reflect on what you have learned about yourself over the course of the semester in relation to your capacity to demonstrate leadership and problem-solving approaches.

Part 2:
** I was mainly the leader of my group, which consisted of two other guys including myself. I basically laid out everything for them of the project, like which readings to do and what case to look up in relation to Bias decision-making, I uploaded everything to our professor. Also, I helped schedule FaceTime meetings to get together. Our project was based on Bias decision-making in the workforce, especially when it comes to hiring fraternity brothers in a job interview. They are most likely to be picked regardless of their qualifications, if the leader is from the same fraternity.
