Summative assessments are typically conducted on a yearly basis for non-tenured teachers and on an every-other-year basis for tenured teachers. The post conference is typically used for these annual or semi-annual assessments.
Review the clinical supervision (formative assessment) model and focus on the post conference (summative assessment) part of the process.

Write a short, 1-sentence definition of each of the following leadership theories:

Part 2: Script
Select 1 or 2 leadership theories and assume that you are the principal of the school who will conduct a post-conference with the teacher whose video you watched last week.
Write a script reflective of the leadership theory(ies) you selected for a summative post-conference you would have with a teacher.
Post-conference
Discuss how you would build a relationship with the teacher during the post-conference.
Explain how you will ask the teacher to share what they learned from the data collected.
Write relevant questions you will ask the teacher to guide their thoughts.
Summarize the observation.
Plan for the next observation.
Use the following format for your script. Your script should be 3-5 pages long and should be considered as the year’s summative assessment of the teacher’s performance.
