This week we reviewed computer applications and technology used in practice. In preparation for this assignment, you will need to 1) select a disease process to investigate; and, 2) review the applications (apps) listed on the Becker’s Hospital Review webpage:

The presentation should be between 8-10 slides long.
For this assignment, create a PowerPoint presentation that addresses each of the following:

They can be mobile or computer-based applications. 2) When providing your discussion on the comparison between the two applications, address the following:

Review of the Evidence to Support the Use of Medical Applications (2 slides)
1. Using the library, research a minimum of two (2) scholarly articles related to the use of medical applications for patient education and disease management.
2. Explain how the research supports the use of medical applications in practice. Provide a summary that is one paragraph with at least 5-7 sentences. Be sure to appropriately cite your references.
3. Provide two slides that offer a summary of the key points that support the use of medical applications for patient education and disease management.
Conclusion and Summary Slide (1 – 2 slides)
1. Provide a thorough conclusion or summary statement and address each of the following questions:
a. What were your perspectives on the use of medical applications?
