Summative Coaching Assessment
Coach the Coach Oral Assessment will take place in Week 7 of the course. This assessment will provide the student an opportunity to demonstrate coaching skills and receive direct feedback from the instructor. There will be an option to do this live, via telephone/Skype/zoom. If a live session cannot be arranged, then an audio recorded session with a volunteer will serve as an alternate way to complete this assignment. Part two of the assignment is a minimum 3-page self-reflection of personal performance using coaching skills. The reflection should include references to research and include reflection of several coaching concepts and skills used in the session. This assignment is due on Sunday of Week 7 at 11:55 p.m. ET.
