Part 1 Discussion

Each response should be noless than 25 words and reference language from the textbook. Eachresponse should be no less than three sentences.  Write aparagraph form.  Do not write outline form or bulletpoints.  Please cite from the textbook, videoor slideshows. 

1)            Lesson 2.7 Discussion

Discuss logos, icons, and illustration and the importance ofgraphic design in improving visual communication.

2)             Lesson 2.8Discussion

Discuss the process ofphotography and explain the mechanics of the camera.

3)            Lesson 2.9 Discussion

 Discuss how films are organized into differentcategories, or genres including animation, musicals, science fiction,historical (biopics and historical dramas), documentaries, experimental artfilms, auteur films, and fantasy.

4)            Lesson 2.10 Discussion

Discusshow alternative media and processes focus more on actions and ideas than ontangible products, and often transcend the boundary between art and life.  Consider how many of the artworks in this chapter are interactive.

Part 2 Journal entry

Create a journal entry for EACH Lesson Discussions.  The journal entry is a personal reflection.  Select one topic fromchapter section and write about that topic.  Do not write about multipletopics and do not write about the same topic in Discussion . 

Please include terms or concepts from the readings in thechapter that impacted you in some way.  And, explain how and why itimpacted you.

This is a closed universe.  Only cite from thetextbook.  Do not cite from any other source.  Include the pagenumber of the text where you found the information.

The Journal entry should be no less than 50 words and referencelanguage from the textbook. The Journal entry should be no less than fivesentences. Write a paragraph form.  Do not write in outline form orbullet points
