COVID 19 Vaccine with Seniors and all aspect of Management

I have attached my Research paper and need additional information added in order to complete the requirements of my professor. 

Please see below what is expected. 

A Table of Content, Abstract, Introduction, Body and Conclusion a reference page  and appropriate visuals , graphs tables if needed.  As you will see I am missing a couple of things and would like your help to complete this paper .   I also attached my powerpoint for any additional assistance.  I also need one more reference which I only have 5 in the report. 

WRITTEN FORMAL REPORT

        The final paper should be 15 – 20 pages in length, not includingtitle page, table of contents, and bibliography. The body of the report shouldbe a minimum of 4000 words.

        The final paper should follow APA basic format including 1 inchmargins, 12 point Times Roman type, double spaced and standard rules formanuscript preparation.

        The paper must have at least 6 references that are cited accordingto APA guidelines including proper in-text citations and a Reference List.

        Paper should include: Cover Sheet, Table of Contents, Abstract,Introduction, Body and Conclusion, Reference Page and appropriate visuals,graphs, tables if appropriate.

        It should address a topic that affects or is related to theHealthcare Administration or Healthcare Management.
