2. Transmittal – Your office is completing a survey of recent patients about their office visit/hospital stay. The survey will be used to assess current practices and measure patient satisfaction. Write a letter that will be sent to all patients asking them to complete and return an attached survey using a self-addressed stamped envelope included with the mailing.
3. Claim – Your office has regularly purchased printer ink for its computer software products from one supplier. Recently orders have not been filled promptly, and deliveries have arrived with an unusual number of broken cartridges. Your office is very concerned about this situation. Write a letter to the supplier presenting your office’s complaints.
