You need to refer to a specific clause or Amendment. Cite source in APA format (with year). A paragraph must consist of at least 3-5 sentences. In the  Practical feasibility section, it is important to discuss manpower needed, any additional resources, and sustainability. In the Should section, you must specifically state if the policy passes the MAY and CAN analysis. Do NOT exceed 2 pages excluding the  (not including the title page, abstract, andreference page).

The purpose of this assignment is to apply the May,Can, should model through analysis of a specific U.S. economic orbudgetary policy.  An effectivetool for finding this legislation is through and the cost ofthe legislation through the Congressional Budget Office at .  For the analysis, this is best done in thefollowing manner:

Constitutional authority – whatis the Constitutional authority for the federal government to getinvolved?  Avoid the use of the General Welfare clause as it becomes acatch-all for anything that a politician wants to get passed.

Can

Financial feasibility – what isthe policy expected to do to the national debt or spending?  For example,the new COVID stimulus just put us another $2 trillion in debt but was widelysupported by both politicians and the public.

Practical feasibility – whatare the logistical resources needed for implementation (buildings, personnel,new programs, etc.) and what are the steps for implementation (ex; theAffordable Care Act needed functional websites in order to be implemented, thelack of these created severe problems with implementation). 

Should

The goal of this is to critically analyze an economic policy toobjectively determine if the federal government should be legitimately involvedin the policy being discussed and if the policy is right for the country.

Be certain to emphasize a focused analysis of a particularfederal policy (either already implemented or proposed) chosen from the policyconcentration area for the assigned module. You must include citations from:

1.    allof the required reading and presentations from the assigned module/week

2.    allrelevant sources from Modules/Weeks 12 (you MUST use the “BiblicalPrinciples of Government” article) attached, and
