My propose paper topic is: public-private partnership in providing government services
The Public-Private Partnership model, a apparatus to bring private capital and expertise to public services, has been expanded around the world and is applied to an increasing variety of projects. though many people believe that public-private partnerships projects are successful—what they don’t know is that they wasn’t always seen that way. my goal is to help open the eyes of society about the good, the bad, and/or the scrapps about Public-Private Partnership.
