The data processes you advocate for will depend on your chosen organization’s performance improvement target.
For this Assignment, you will consider current performance metrics related to the mission of your chosen organization and develop a community presentation in which you address data use to effect positive social change for the organization.
TO PREPARE
Consider current performance metrics related to the mission of the organization and national or international benchmarks, goals, and objectives related to positive social change and the mission of the organization that can be measured with data and their implications for a performance improvement intervention that will improve outcomes.
Consider the frequency of measure for data to share with the stakeholders to develop ongoing support from the stakeholder constituency.

Explain next steps that will drive change.

An introduction (brief summary of what you are about to discuss and the purpose of this paper)
An introduction to the organization

A presentation of the organization’s plan for data analysis
An explanation of next steps that will drive change
