The developer responsible for reviewing and approving the software architecture has been hired by a rival firm and will be leaving in 2 weeks.
The software and changes needed to enhance computer security cannot run on the existing hardware. The contractor is now asking for an additional $4 million to update all hardware and software used in the project.
Divergent client feedback on deliverables is causing ambiguity in the software application design, such as feature creep and requests for software features that are out of scope for the project.
