Developing a Change Project

During this course you will work with a mentor to select a change project (a structured, evidence-based initiative—often using PDSA or Lewin’s theory—designed to improve patient care, safety, or workflow) that management could undertake that would lead to improvement. You will earn 10 practice experience hours for this activity.
Assignment One Submission instructions
Identify the change project topic and identify why it is a problem (provide details).
Identify the stakeholders (both internal and external) and summarize the benefits of the change project as well as the benefits and challenges associated with internal and external stakeholders.
Additional Instructions:

All submissions should be 2-4 pages and have a title page and reference page.
Utilize a minimum of three scholarly resources.
