For this project, you will act as a consultant who has been hired to focus on interventions for a hypothetical organization experiencing issues related to industrial and organizational psychology (I/OP). For this project, you will use the Project One Template found in the What to Submit section to document proposed interventions that could improve communication, increase employee motivation, and increase goal achievement within WeGrow. You will need to consider the diverse cultural backgrounds of employees and the geographic factors within the company when you create your interventions. Pull information from the scenario, resources consumed over the past four modules, and any additional resources found in the Supporting Materials section to develop proposed interventions for making improvements at WeGrow Agricultural Solutions.
