• Consider how you would describe your proposed solution.
• Review the social determinants of health (SDOH) resource in the Learning Resources. Then, consider how your proposed solution might address one or more of the social determinants of health and why you think so.
• Identify at least 4 scholarly resources relevant to Final Project: Part II—3 current peer-reviewed journal articles (not older than 5 years) and 1 resource from this week’s Learning Resources or from your own internet search of a scholarly resource.
