For this assignment, you are going to research the Ritz-Carlton Hotel and Super 8. The Ritz is known for having superior customer service and the ability to know their guests on a first name basis. The Super 8 has been rated one of the worst hotel chains in America because of its poor service and dirty upkeep.
In this essay, compare the difference between the two hotel chains and their customer service. In addition, discuss how the Ritz is able to provide such world-class and exceptional customer service. Provide your reflection and take-aways from these two hotel chains.
