Submit your Thesis Proposal in a Word document including a Cover Page and References section. The body of your Thesis Proposal (not counting the Cover Page and References section) should not exceed 5 pages.
Your Thesis Proposal should include the following sections:

Provide a clear statement of the problem to be investigated or the specific research question(s) addressed in your study.
2. Theoretical Framework:
Summarize the theory or theories to be used in your study, including major assumptions and theoretical propositions relevant to your research.
Include any guiding theoretical views discovered.
3. Hypotheses:
List the hypotheses to be tested in your study.
Keep it simple.

4. Significance of the Study:
Explain the significance of your thesis, including:
The knowledge it will contribute or create.
How it fills gaps in existing knowledge.
Advancements it makes in selected theories.

5. Methodology: Research Design, Instrumentation, and Methods:
Summarize research design aspects, including:
Definitions or operationalization of key variables.
Identification of study population.
Sampling procedures or justification for case studies.
Planned data collection methods or use of secondary data.
Sub-sections may include:
Subjects and Setting.
Data Collection Technique.
Limitations of the Study (list now and update later).
6. Data Analysis (Statistical Analysis):
Summarize analytic methods, including:
Software packages to be used.
Modeling procedures.
Statistical or other analysis procedures for individual hypothesis tests.
7. List of References (minimum 10):
Include all references cited in the proposal and any major works in the field consulted during proposal preparation but not cited.
