You’ve been tasked to write a report advocating the balanced and restorative justice (BARJ) model and how it differs from the retributive, punitive philosophy of the criminal justice system and the traditional individual treatment and protection model of the juvenile court. - Describe the goals of the balanced and restorative justice (BARJ) model and how its practices differ from both the traditional model of juvenile justice and the traditional model of criminal justice.
