For this assignment, you will take two personality tests and share your results. Prepare a written response to the prompt below using a word processor. Please save your file in .doc or .docx format. Your paper should be at least two (2) pages in length and should comply with APA writing requirements.

Instructions:

Step 1: The Personality Tests

1. Follow the links below and complete the two personality tests.
   1. Big Five Personality Assessment – https://www.truity.com/test/big-five-personality-test?ver=controlLinks to an external site.
   2. Personality Testing MB (16 personalities) – https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-testLinks to an external site.

Note: These personality tests take about 30 minutes, so make sure you have the time in one sitting to take them. You need to be able to print your results and/or save the file. I recommend printing the results in case it does not save correctly.

Step 2: Test Results

1. Copy the results and add them to your paper directly after your reference section.

Step 3: Your Paper

1. Section 1: Scholarly Article – Complete the following for Section 1 of your paper:
   1. Find a scholarly article about personality tests being utilized in the workplace.
   2. Write at least a one (1) page summary of the article.
   3. Describe the personality test being used and describe how it could be used/applied in an organizational setting.
   4. Make sure to use proper APA citations.
2. Section 2: Your Reaction – Complete the following for each personality test:
   1. Provide a brief summary of the personality test results.
   2. Describe the various areas of results you received for both tests
   3. Explain whether or not you find the results to be accurate.
   4. Do not just write, "I agree with the results". Discuss why you agree or do not agree.
   5. Are there some aspects you agree with and others you don't? Why?
   6. After reflecting on your results, do you feel that using personality tests would add value to the workplace?
