This week, you are required to identify a compensation system that you believe could be effectively utilized in your current organization.For this week’s discussion, you are required to address the following:

• Provide information about your organization, specifically its industry, common compensation practices in the industry, and what compensation strategy you believe might be best to use.
• Explain the benefits and drawbacks associated with your selected compensation strategy.
• Explain what challenges might exist if you decide to implement a new compensation strategy in your organization. If the compensation strategy that you selected is on par with what your organization currently has, then please explain in detail why you selected this specific strategy.
