The specific article focuses on the ways of deciding on targeted training programs to improve telemedicine workforce and address the issue of burnout among healthcare professionals. To evaluate the outcome, the organization carried out surveys at the end of the training, observed the efficiency levels of the providers and collected patient feedback ratings. When the training for the utilization of telemedicine was done to the providers, the initial results showed increased confidence in usage of telemedicine hence increased efficiency in consultations and increased patient satisfaction. Also, trained staff burnout indicated a sign of stabilizing trend.
