The conscientious, explicit, and judicious use of current best empirical evidence is crucial when making decisions about how to practice and provide information to care for client/patients. Regardless of the location of your practice or employment, you will be required to exercise these skills multiple times daily. This best evidence should be combined with practitioner expertise and should consider the characteristics, state, needs, values, and preference of those who will be affected.

Requirements
Your submission must be your original work. No more than a combined total of 30% of the submission and no more than a 10% match to any one individual source can be directly quoted or closely paraphrased from sources, even if cited correctly. The similarity report that is provided when you submit your task can be used as a guide.
You must use the rubric to direct the creation of your submission because it provides detailed criteria that will be used to evaluate your work. C. Assess the ways in which this solution affects others such as healthcare professionals, the client’s support system and the community.
D. Discuss how the evidence-based solution or intervention to the problem can be improved with the addition of healthcare professional expertise.
E. Acknowledge sources, using in-text citations and references, for content that is quoted, paraphrased, or summarized.
F. Demonstrate professional communication in the content and presentation of your submission.
