13100Project crashing is often performed manually on high-level schedules–or on portions of the project that is in need of recovery. Crashing may also be carried out using MS Project by adding resources to specific activities. For this assignment, carry out the following:
1. Refer to your course project. Seek to reduce the schedule by a minimum of 25% of the original project duration. Attempt to achieve this by adding resources to critical path activities.
2. Create a one-page report summarizing the crashing activity carried out on your project. In doing so, comment on the risk of being able to achieve the target schedule.
3. Submit your course project schedule including before and after views for the crashing activity, and your one-page report for grading.
