 For the final piece of your project, you will showcase your Project Management Plan by sharing a presentation with your classmates (PowerPoint, Prezi, etc.). You will need to use ideas that convey the substance of your paper and keep the presentation brief, informative, and professional in content. Be sure to provide a narrative with either audio or using the Notes section of slides; also provide transition statements for moving from slide to slide. You will post your presentation in the discussion forum by 11:59 p.m. EST. Wednesday of Unit 8. Instructions:  The presentation will present the project strategic objectives and focus on the triple constraints, risk analysis, communication management and lesson learned in the class.  Must consist of 8-10 slides, not including the required title and reference slides formatted in accordance with APA guidelines.  Each slide will provide succinct points of the key information that you wish to convey. Direct text from the project plan should not be copied and pasted.  There must be narrative included for the slides in your presentation by either creating an audio slideshow presentation or using the Notes section in PowerPoint to narrate the information presented in each slide.  Organize your slides to cover these key topics from your paper, supported with artifacts: o Introduction of project, organization and project objectives o Project Scope – acceptable deliverable o Project schedule and budget  Use MS Project for schedule and show the critical path  Bottom estimation of cost  Work breakdown structure (WBS) o Risk plan and Risk register o Resource Assignment matrix (RAM) o Communication plan and stakeholder register o Lesson learned  During the remainder of the week, you will be reviewing your classmates’ presentations. You are required to respond to two of your classmates.
