2. Assign resources to each activity. If using MS Project or other tool, insert resources into the resource sheet, attach costs, and then assign resources to activities in the resource column.

3. Assume you have lost some of your key resources. Reschedule activities based upon the lack of resources. If you are using MS Project, perform resource leveling and note the before and after schedule.

4. Assume that you were able to use all resources plus additional resources so that you could consider resources to be unlimited. Adjust the schedule based upon the newly available resources and note the before and after schedule.

5. Create a 2 page paper or 5 slide PowerPoint presentation outlining how you responded to a resource constrained situation as well as a a time-constrained scenario. Include the before and after assessments of the schedules for both scenarios.

6. Submit your work for grading.
