In this module, you learned that you can’t be a leader without followers. Leadership, then, is a very personal process, and yet it is anything but a solitary process. Leading is ultimately about people. In this course, the journal will be used for reflection.

• Impact: How would you motivate them to pursue the vision you outline, not because you order them to do so, but because they want to do so enthusiastically on their own?
