While walking by Jack’s desk, you notice he appears to be sleeping at his desk.
What are some possible ways that you might handle this situation to show effective leadership and civility? Please discuss any leadership strategies that you would employ and if you would involve others in this situation. And would you handle this situation differently if Jack were not one of your direct reports?
