(Wilmot) Reed Hastings, Jr. is a co-founder and the executive chairman of Netflix. He led the creation of a new way to watch movies and shows, leading to the demise of physical video rental companies such as Blockbuster. He continues to lead changes at Netflix as the streaming industry becomes the primary way to watch movies and shows at home.

She created a 100-day plan at the start of her tenure,

Mavericks’ corporate culture.
