Coaches and mentors’ model various suggestions for teachers to make improvements to educational innovations to be successful inside their classrooms. Nevertheless, the development and evaluation of teachers’ concepts and performance after training through coaching and mentoring procedures, and instructional strategies of project-based learning (McGraw & Davis, 2017). As a result of this process, and actively participating in the training, teachers gained better concepts of practices, performed, and improved upon skills they already knew applied new skills and expressed positive feedback for the skills they have learned. In a similar way, the same logic, a peer-mentoring environment could provide opportunities to discuss from diverse perspectives and influence, success and ultimately expansion and can benefit from a continued support system (White et al., 2020). Other components of successful mentoring consist of a strong relationship of respect and commitment, setting meaningful goals, and providing space for addressing concerns and challenges that may or may not occur in developing this profession. In essence, peer mentoring is a tool that can be used to support educators in enhancing instructional practices. When mentors and coaches have the opportunity to closely examine and observe teachers while discussing their own practice, this mentoring support is referred to as “scaffolding” in Vygotsky’s developmental theory (Aderibigbe et al., 2018). An educator most responsibility is to create an effective instructional learning environment for their students that reflects the learning activities to enhance actively engagement of student and teacher.
