Conflict Management Action Project

The information in this course is designed for lifelong development. To assist you with continuous growth and practice in conflict management, you will create a Conflict Management Action Project.

Instructions:

At the end Week 7 your Action Plan will be due in digital file format and submitted on Blackboard.

It should be organized into three (3) sections:

1. Action Plan = 40%

*The more complete the plan, the better the grade

Action Plan. This section includes the steps you plan to take towards achieving your primary conflict management goal. Using the SMART goal setting criteria, identify your most important goal and how you will achieve it.

2. Skills needed to achieve your Goal = 30%

* Identify at least 3 skills you need to develop in order to achieve your conflict management goal.

Describe the skills to be developed and how to use them. Hint: how would you teach someone else how to use the skill?

Provide examples about how you used these skills in your interactions with others.

3. To add Knowledge to your skill development, provide at least 3 supplemental reading articles from professional sources about conflict management practices
