Assignment: Propose an area in nursing or nursing education that is in need of change or innovation. Be sure and include the following components in your paper:

Introduction and purpose statement describing a change that you would like to make in nursing or healthcare. Provide evidence that there is an issue that needs to be addressed.

Review of current literature about the issue using at least four scholarly references. Scholarly references are defined as peer-reviewed professional articles. You may use your textbook for a reference but you still need four recent peer-reviewed articles.

Methodology/plan (apply your chosen change model), including timeline.

Evaluation plan – a description of what outcomes you could look at once the change is made; how would you know you were successful (Hint: what was the problem to start with and how do you know whether the situation improved?)
