Remember this is a discussion, therefore your personal views are required with validation. Initial post no less than 200 words and peer post no less than 150 words.

To gain full points, the discussion requires an initial posting with two references and one response to peer posting with a different reference (see #2 and #3 below) and presence on the discussion board a minimum of 2 days in the week.
Both postings should build on the thoughts and ideas of others or generate new ones. They should demonstrate a critical analysis of the discussion issues or topics and be substantiated and substantive.
Each posting requires one reference from an English titled, peer-reviewed nursing journal less than five years old. Relate the theory to quality improvement, safety goals, and education. The same format from the first question.
