This assignment will help you generate ideas for your app. Please answer each question thoroughly. You can make adjustments to the plan as you work on your app throughout the semester, but this will give you a good starting point.

Come up with at least 10 possible topics for your app (e.g., order food, meet new people, manage finances, adopt a pet).

Choose one of the topics (e.g., meet new people).

Come up with at least 10 different needs, problems, and goals related to this topic that users might have (e.g., want to meet new friends, or want to meet people to play board games with, want to meet local musicians). Your app will not have to address all of these needs.
Choose which of those need(s) your app will address.
Choose the intended audience of your app (e.g., college students, kids, musicians).

Create 3 personas. Include first name, age, occupation, location, about, characteristics/personality, needs, and any other categories that you think would be relevant to your app.
Write a short summary of the problem (e.g., musicians need a way to connect with other local musicians based on instrument, ensemble type, and musical style).

Problem-solve: Brainstorm different ways and solutions to how your app works and how it will help the users achieve their goal/solve their problem. Think about other features such as categories, search function, account setup, login, chat, checkout, etc.
