A Couple Using Emotionally Focused Therapy

Choose and view a couples session video where the counselor is utilizing emotionally focused therapy (EFT). (Please be sure to include the video you find in the references page and in-text citation(s)). Please also be sure to include a url to the video you find. Then you will record yourself explaining the required elements in the bullet points below. The final submission will include a document with the URL and transcript of your video response.

First, locate a couples session video to identify and explain the major concepts of the EFT model.
