A SWOT analysis is a tool used in gathering and identifying assets and resources of a community along with strengths and weaknesses of the environment. This tool provides an organized and systematic way of gathering the information collected from a community, in order to determine the areas of change that are possible and explore new and alternative solutions to issues within a community.
