Identify grade level: Important that school counselors teach school counseling curriculum lessons in the classroom to all students within each grade level.

Presented in which subject: What class subject will you ask to go in the classroom? Make sure it is not always the electives.

Attitude, Knowledge, and Skills to be measured: criteria by which success will be measured- what are the attitudes, skills, and knowledge being taught?
