Observational learning uses vicarious reinforcement/punishment, individuals are more likely to imitate behavior that is reinforced (praised) in others and avoid behaviors that are punished (Gaze, 2020). In your opinion which is more effective, direct reinforcement/punishment or vicarious reinforcement/punishment? Why?
