Diasporas and Pan africanism

These are the questions –

How is the African Diaspora significant to the social construction of race?
In what ways have the ideals around diasporic communities expanded? What qualifies a community to be consider a diaspora?
Specify the connection (s) that can be draw between those of African descent and the African Diaspora? How does the theory of Pan-Africanism support this logic? Or refute it?
How does W.E.B. DuBois explain the notion of double consciousness? How is it relevant to blackness and black identity?
