Our team will usually assemble and deliver to the patient unless it is a supply item in which case we dropship directly to the patient

How do the various materials, information, and money associated with the production process flow between the organization and these entities? We do not produce product.
How do you manage your supply chain and forecast demand? Are there differences between how CWB manages its supply chain and how your competitors do it? We manage our supply chain with the tools the distributors provide. They have electronic portals that inform us of low inventory. We work with several distributors and most of the time someone has the items in stock.
