This is written in 1st person perspective unless you are citing something your site supervisor said (see APA personal communications. There will be no reference), or another source. If you a different source such as a book or article I require page numbers (or equivalent if source has no page numbers, i.e., section heading and paragraph number) on ALL citations including paraphrases (per instructor policies).
