In this objective, we want you to look inside regarding the ongoing renewal lifestyle you are going to live from here forward. This course is about personal leadership. You have spent a fair amount of time looking at leadership principles, and in order to put those principles into play you need to have an ongoing, sustainable plan of renewal for your life. What do you need to do to sustain ongoing leadership viability? What do you need to do regarding leadership self-care in order to go the distance as a biblical leader? Think about it.

Read pp. 285-307 in your Covey textbook.

As you read these pages, take notes on those principles that stand out to you regarding sharpening your own saw or renewal.

After reading the above Covey section, lay out a one-page plan. You may do this in bulleted or numbered points, and in phrases or partial sentences.
The fundamental question you are answering is this:
What good habits or principles am I going to give myself in order to, on a regular basis, renew myself so I can go the distance as a leader?
