Managing Change
Stobierski (2020) defines organizational change as the process in which organizations change key elements of their strategy or operations. It has been further estimated that the average organization has undertaken five major organizational changes in the last 3 years (Stobierski, 2020).
It has been identified that lack of a clear vision, absence of leadership skills, poor communication, and low commitment of stakeholders are all contributors to change management failure (Errida & Lotfi, 2021). Additionally, it was noted that some factors could influence others.
Several change management models exist that you can follow as your organization experiences change. Explore five popular models in the interactive below.

This week, you explored the various approaches, models, and barriers that can accompany organizational change. For this assignment, you will critique five different change management models in the form of Strength Weakness Opportunity Threats (SWOT) analyses.
This can be accomplished in a chart or bulleted format. Provide a brief history of each model that includes the researchers of the original model and the year respective model was introduces.
Length: 3-5 pages, not including title or reference pages
References: Include a minimum of 5 scholarly references.
